I’m starting to have similar issues more frequently now after more than a year of it being pretty stable. Has Ford done anything to help you resolve the issue?
Brand new IAG grille for $425. Never been installed. Local pickup only. I’m in Orange County area.

My other car is a Lexus and my wife has a Hyundai. Both of those cars’ turn signals are much quieter so that is my baseline. This is my first Ford so that’s probably why I’m noticing it.
The turn signal is so loud that I don't even use it half the time. But there's a way in Forscan to reduce the volume to something more tolerable. I didn't see this posted anywhere else so I wanted to share it here.
Run the IPC module configuration.
Then set the Turn Signal Speed Sensitive...
Based on your comment that there is too much mid, I think your problem is with the 4 inch dash speakers and not the amp. Those speakers are putting out full range and having the amp is just making it more noticeable. Do you feel like all of the sound is coming from the dash?
You need to tap into the front speakers. The rears are limited by the head unit’s DSP and do not have full range of frequencies. Others have used Forscan to reprogram the settings so that’s another option.
I got mine at Costco. I don't remember the exact price but it was about $20-$30 each, which includes installation. This was for my other SUV, not the bronco, if that makes a difference.
