Unless your rotors are bad, changing the size of the rotors will most likely not have an impact on braking. This includes gimmicks like cross-drilling. What typically will help braking is Increasing the brake pad contact area on the rotors themselves. This almost always requires replacing...

That's a nice setup. It's a little tall for what I was looking for, but a great option if you have a lot of stuff you need to carry along with you all the time. What model is that case? -s

That's the plan for the underside. It's the stuff on top of the case sliding around that drives me crazy. I found some grip tape to install on top of the case (Amazon Link), we'll see how that works. -s
