@rugedraw I started up my Bronco yesterday and got the notice that Sync is updating and will be unavailable until complete. Later I checked the updates screen and saw that is was the third sync update for "Software Update 12", but it was an error message...Not completed. Came back later to take...

Quick update on me. I received the Software Update 12 - Connectivity TCU-26.2.11.3 update yesterday, and today, back to the PCM-23.11.02 Not Completed error. So I am still getting regular updates, just failing on the PCM update, which looks to be preferred for those with the ProCal Performance...

@Ducati1098 @rugedraw FWIW, it was also in Ford service the past two days completing the seat bolt recall and replacing a cracked washer reservoir. I know they did the basic inspections for fluids, filters, etc. Not sure if that includes a software check/update or not. Got it back late yesterday...

I fell like I'm giving Ford too much credit to know anyone has the Performance Tune installed and preventing the PCM OTA update. Is this something you constantly have to monitor and check your ProCal to see if your tune is still installed? Or better to just turn off OTA?

And now I am back to the Not Completed PCM-23.11.02 screen. I guess Ford tried again and failed again. Still haven't hooked up Procal to take a look yet.

I'll have to go hook up my ProCal and do a read and see if my performance tune is still installed. Seems the HVAC and PCM update were both related to PCM. I find it weird how an HVAC update could possible impact PCM, but here we are.

I got in there today and really filled in the area behind that top tab. Worked great! No more rattle or buzz. Thanks again for the additional info!

Thank you! I know the area. Same place I tried to fix mine. I only used one rag and kind of stuffed it behind the one small tab that looked like was creating the rattle. I'll try more rags/stuffing this time to really fill it in and see how that works.

Do you have more info or maybe some pics of where you stuffed the rag? I tried this before and it didn't help. Thinking I may have done the surgery in the wrong location.
