They had it 2 1/2 hours. KC cops (Again great guys) are so busy they just couldn't come to help us. We had dispatch on the line and they basically said its yours, you can grab it if you want too. We don't know when we can get a unit there.

For the record my wife was all in, she said fuck it we will wont ever be able to get another one, lets go get it.

Needless to say we hopped in and got the hell out of there, don't know if anyone saw us. It was in a drive way and it was a dukes of hazzard like get away....

Cops are so busy in KC they came and got the stolen goods but really no follow up, good guys but just understaffed. They were very happy we went and got it back, said only 10% are recovered.

Oh we really messed up their haul. Shoes, Full pill bottles, make up (??) , basketballs and other ID's etc... I'm sure they were like MF'er someone just stole our stolen stuff... Cops took it all.

Only damage was we had the safe in the center console that they used a crow bar on. So that was toast, other than that we just cleaned it up, cops came and took all the stolen goods we found..

So My wife left the key fob in the truck, it was taken about 4:30am. However, using Ford Pass we found it and took it back (full of stolen goods also) Anyway, dealer got a new Fob and reprogrammed both Fobs but the bad guys still have a physical key to the door. Old Fob was deactivated, does...

Another vote for these 3" TAC steps, I got the textured ones. Went on in 30 mins tops, they look great!

Here it is! Picked it up Saturday. Put new to us OBX rims, white front letters, stubby antenna, grab handle, door pockets and TAC tube steps on it as soon as it came home...

Mine just made it to the KC auto rail yard distro center last night, my son wanted to try and go down and stalk it, It had also crossed my mind. Hopefully a quick ride to Olathe ford and the baby will be home!
