No, I never figured out any workarounds. It still consistently closes all windows whenever I single press the lock button. I thought all the later 2023 and 24s might have this feature enabled as well?

No I haven't noticed any of those issues on mine.

Mine also close with a single press of the lock button. I posted about it a while back and it didn't seem like anyone else had the same behavior. I dislike this feature, but haven't figured out a way to disable it. If nothing else, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.

Dealer replaced the muffler yesterday and everything seems good now. Hopefully just a one off.

Status update for anyone following this thread... Took it in today and dealer stated muffler was defective. They put one on order, but no ETA at this time.

They haven't reached out to me yet on the issue, but i did ask the Ford social media group a week or so ago in a DM. They provided me the phone number to check on the status of the case they created, I just didn't get around to calling yet. I'll follow up in the next day or two and report back.

I have not, but it is one of the reasons I went with the DSP integrated amp from Audio Control. Permanently connecting the panel mount USB port to the DSP allows me to easily make adjustments just connecting a usb from the panel mount to a laptop rather than have to remove the full panel.

For me, I think I'd have been fine leaving out the rears. The only reason I decided not to was for the kids/passengers when the top is off. I have them adjusted so they are heard as loud as possible in the rear, but not audible from the front. (So low volume overall from rear)

This wasn't the B&O system, it's the base system in the raptor which is more like the standard 6 speaker setup. It includes a subwoofer, but no A2B or center channel to worry about.
