I thought the same thing and cleared the cache and when that didn't work until Uninstaller the app and restarted then reinstalled the app. Is the wireless connection via Bluetooth or?

Anyone else have this issue? My Bronco (Badlands) keeps loosing the wireless connection to my phone. It will loose it the reconnect sometimes 20-30 times in a row. I have done the reset to the stereo and my phone (Samsung S22). I don't have this issue in my other car
