Happening to my Wildtrak delivered on 11/4/22. Both randomly while driving and twice while parked

I just received a set of BL rails to put on my WT (hopefully this year) It was shipped without bolts. Could you post what the bolts look like. I have a general idea from the schematics but they don't list specifications for the hardware. Dealer unable to figure out either. Thanks!
