Broke my OEM soft top on my 2022 4door. Looking to buy a new one. I’m located in Central MS and hoping someone has one located within 6 hour drive.

Is it on a pallet able to be picked up?

I know you have to be frustrated! I got my Base Sas last week, and I promise it is with the wait. I love it even more than I thought I would. Hopefully they get yours straightened out soon!

If they will “stand by their product” why not just offer a warranty?? The first version of anything is going to have some problems… not offering a warranty is crazy to me.

If you don’t mind me asking, what did you replace it with?

1000% agree. It’s bad enough on units they get in that are just general inventory, but I get it… every dealership where I live is doing it regardless of manufacturer… it’s an entirely different thing to do it to someone who custom orders a vehicle. And even worse when they don’t bring it up...

I understand what you’re asking, but it shouldn’t matter… these dealers shouldn’t be pulling this kind of crap.
