Mine updated, no more fuse pulls! Not the update I was hoping for but as expected.

It may be time to start calling, referencing the Two TSB's and also updating the NTHSA with the TSB's. We have been more that patient on this and were told it would be fixed by now. FRUSTRATING.

Grant I just came back from the Ford dealer for an oil change. Gathered the same information. No info on what the software update will actually be, but at least it did not get dropped off in the circular file. JD

No, we were in Pagosa, Breck, and Grandby, but all two weeks ago.

Been on the road for thirty days or so. We have hooked and unhooked many time now. No problems, it a pain in the ass to wait 5 mins on both sides. Other than that no issues. Hoping Ford will update soon.

Ahh, so you are talking about the power to your brake unit. Yes the accessories outlets are all shut down by the BMS. You need to direct wire power to your auxiliary brake system. The TBS nor the original issue are part of your issue.

We did Pagosa Springs to Breckenridge which includes Wolf Creek Pass. Did not have to touch the service brake on the decent. I have now done two complete hook up and disconnects. No problems other that it is a complete pain to wait the 5 min on either side and have to open the fuse box. I...

Towed today with the fuses out per TSB. All went well. No error codes. Can’t really feel a difference but at least it did not blow up. On a 70 day 4800 mile RV trip. Getting plenty of experience.

I have also contacted Curt and etrailer to see if they have a 60 am dual fuse bypass, they have a 20 amp. I would just mount it under the hood wait the 5 min etc. Cant mount it inside because you will reawaken the system by opening the door after the 5 min sleep. We have have to make one up...
