I put in the spin levers for the back wall (removed the quick release pins at the top)...total game changer. You can release the wall flat so much faster! I definitely recommend getting the retro spin levers if you don't have the 2.0 that comes with them!
Looks like in Alan's demo video....he has spin levers on the top of the wall instead of the pins...around 1:18 in the video:
I didn't see this in the instructions included in my kit so I also have 2 levers left over.
A closer look in another demo video
I watched the install video from...
Just throwing this out there with so many issues with the non-heritage (black) MIC Hardtops...I've been pretty happy with the white painted tops that we got on the Heritage Editions. Other than wind noise from the front (I think this is just a design issue with the squareness of the Bronco...
Built a DIY hoist (thanks to ideas from this site) and finally went topless! Put on my white canvas bimini top from broncobikini.com and stayed true to the white top look!
I have a soft top for 4 dr that came with the dual top option when I took delivery of my Bronco last month. Brand new still strapped to the foam pallet. $900. Been stored inside of house from day 1. Located in Austin, TX.
Terry Blacks does have a line especially on weekends but the line moves at a steady pace so allow for 30 min to 1 hour in line (not bad). If the parking lot is full, park across the street near the traffic light at Butler Park. Live music...depends on what you're into...
I think having wheel locks as a deterrent is always good. Even if they can be removed without the key, it still slows them down a bit or forces them to make more noise than they need to.
That being said, I lost my wheel lock key and Discount Tire needed it since I was getting new tires (on...
It does semi-block the top left corner of the screen a little. Truth be told, I don't really like the placement of the screen to begin with as I feel like I always have to look down to view the screen. The screens that are lifted up slightly past the dash seem to be more ergonomical.
Does your dashcam stay on after the Bronco is turned off? I have a dashcam that records constantly as a security feature or when motion is detected. Does the Dongar tap into the mirror have constant power?
I was searching through Amazon for a low profile phone mount that was "accordion" style for my Bronco and came across one that is Bronco specific and clips onto the dashboard grooves. Specifically...it fits like a glove...
My dealership was "Truck City Ford" in Buda, TX (near Austin). My original order before conversion was $2,600 more than my conversion to HE so this amount became a "rebate" on the final price. Honestly, I had forgotten about the price protection deal until they brought it up as I was...
Picked mine up from the Dealership today on 9/7. Actually arrived at the dealership the day before. My original first order for a Bronco started Jan/2021 for a white OBX. Changed to Heritage when forced to reorder Sep/2022. 2.8 years but finally have it at home!
Yes, it absolutely reads the signs and the adaptive cruise control adjusts accordingly to your settings . For example, I set my speed limit to 5 miles over the speed limit. I'm I'm going 70 and the speed limit changes to 55, the cruise control will drive at 60 until I tap the brakes to turn...
