After checking with a Safari Bar you would have to modify the mount. Cut both sides (see first pic) The mount would go under the Safari Bar and then the lower holes in the Bar would have to be slotted about 1/4". Defiantly could be done with minimal fab skills.

Pretty sure it won't work without modification. The light mount takes up the same space as the bar and utilizes some of the same mounting holes in the Mod bumper. Here's the mount by itself to give you an idea. It's possible we will have a Bronco here today with a Safari bar. No guaranties but...
