They aren't open, there's another video clearly showing they are fully shut. I see what you are seeing (and others have pointed out) in the screenshot of the video but I can confirm the window is not open at all.
I've moved it to the far side of my other vehicle hoping it will block some of the wind, its swirling so not sure parking nose into the wind will help enough - if its no better I'll try that next...
