  1. Heat Reducing Windshield Film Worth It?

I think ceramic heat rejecting films are totally worth it in a hot climate. Many tints just darken and provide some UV protection, but don't address the amount of heat coming through the windows. With a good heat rejection film the car is noticeably less like an oven after sitting in the sun...
  2. Found my exact build for $10k over MSRP a few states over

I'd go buy it! $10k over is a really fair price right now, and your build is full of constraints so it may be a long while before you get it. If it shows up soon, you shouldn't have any trouble getting $10k over for it, in this market...if it takes a long while, it could go either way depending...
  3. Market pricing

Not talking about surprise ADM on an order or a dealer using that to get a Bronco to mark up; that's indefensible. People are understandably upset about that but I'm bemused at the number of people who seem to think market pricing on abandoned orders or private sales "should" somehow be...
  4. DELIVERY CHECKLIST (OCD Version) for Expectant Bronco Owners

@Cat I used your awesome checklist today picking up my Badlands. I can't thank you enough for putting it together...it was great to have an organized list to assure myself all was well. Best of all, I am now legendary at the dealer...imagine a "seasoned" age woman who knows more about the...
  5. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

I've had mine printed and waiting for two weeks! LOL Thanks for putting this together...very helpful.
  6. RV camping Texas

That's one of the ones I was going to mention; haven't stayed there since I do day trips to that area but it gets great reviews and I know the location is nice.
  7. RV camping Texas

There are quite a few RV park options in that area because of the lakes, the hill country, and tourism. Grey Wolf Ranch where they hold the Off Roadeo is near Horseshoe Bay and there are a number of RV parks near Marble Falls all about 15-20 miles/minutes away. If you can tow your Bronco or do...
  8. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

Yay for you! Thanks again for all the tracking and enjoy!
  9. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

I'm sorry I wasn't clear! ASlaugh tracked it for me to its final destination railyard, where it's been since early Friday morning waiting for a truck to transport it to dealer 3.5 hours away. I decided to bail for the weekend rather than wait to see if the truck they were expecting showed up...
  10. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

@ASlaugh sorry yours is stuck after all that keeping so many of us updated. Hope it gets there this weekend. My dealer has a truck arriving in the morning from the railyard so we assume they'll load mine too. :-)
  11. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

@ASlaugh glad yours is almost there. Sweet to see another update on mine...thanks again for tracking for us! Guessing the ETA doesn't change until it gets to final destination, since this shows mine was only 1.5 hrs away at 5 am. Now to see how long it takes to unload and dealer get it on a truck!
  12. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

    I just said...I know stuff.
  13. 🛠 11/22/21 Build Week Group

Apparently I'm the talk of the dealership for knowing what a railcar number is and where the car is ("how does she KNOW that?") LOL Because of @ASlaugh!
  14. Are tops interchangeable among models / trims?

Who can confirm that the tops are exactly the same between models? For example, could you switch a soft top and a hardtop between an OBX or BL and a Wildtrack?
