The service department is fine and I am dealing with Ford directly. They have put the highest priority on the part. Unfortunately, that doesn't help. It is especially upsetting knowing that new trucks are coming off the line with this same part!

Agreed. I went back to the rental place to change cars, as I was originally told it would only take a week or two and took whatever they had on the lot. I replaced that with a new car they had. Apparently the rental cost is now more then 4K! It makes no sense.
