The Ranger caps may be the way to go. The ones I used are F150 and the doamed center needed to be heat formed flat to accept the emblems (aftermarket from the later 80's Bronco). The indents for the lugs needed to be heat shrunk as well, so they are tight.

I'll be happy to post a run down on how these were modified and sourced. (bit of a pain in the butt and time consuming but they come out really nice) Not sure if it's cool to offer these here so I guess I'll find out if it gets deleted..... I have this set of 5 of these modified stock 16"...
