I have a 2 Dr V8 Bronco……

This is the only way four doors happen in my Bronco world…

Thank God you have the proper number of doors on that 6G. Just about done with the 77 Ranger, we’ve had since 1992. Five years into it and two times over budget. Not for the faint of Heart

This is my wife’s. OBX, 2.7, cloth seats, mid package, 44k out the door, and yes a 2 year wait. If only you could have gotten a manual with the 2.7, that would have been fun

Just go enjoy it, if it happens good for you. I bought this in ‘92, with no crystal ball on what it would be worth, just liked it and it had a manual transmission . Got a 6G 2 door to keep it company

18lbs, 2H up there, 4H down on the island. Hate the sand mode, wish you could use Sport mode in 4H. As far as The Point, it’s closed for a few pairs of Piping Clovers. The beach and trails down at the Ferry Dock are open, and that point has really grown in the last few years

Better get cracking on that ‘66, parts are going up bigly. Go to classic broncos.com when you’re ready. Lots of good info over there. That’s got to be a rare one, I think they call 66’s Budd Broncos. Make it happen!

Agreed, I’d also look around for a 1-2 year old 2 door with low miles. I saw a sweet one on Bring a Trailer recently that sold for low 40’s with 6000 miles. I think it was a red Badlands. My 2dr OBX was 45k out the door almost 3 years ago, but that was when you could really pick and choose your...

I put a 9’2 on my factory 2 dr rack all the time. 2 hour drives at highway speeds to OBX. Even had my 8’0 mid range stacked on it several times. No issues

Could you make one for a 77? I used to have the original factory one that said Bronco Ranger and I can’t find a replica anywhere.

Who knows? I agree if any 6G Broncos are gonna be “collectible”it’s the early 2 doors since Ford seems ready to kill off the 2dr. I didn’t think about this one being collectible when I bought it in ‘92:
