I would do some research on Hennessy both past/present before spending a penny with them. I ran Livernois on my '12 MKS EcoBoost for 6 years before selling it and it was awesome. However, I would first give AJPTurbo a try and if we couldn't make magic happen, I'd go with ZFG Racing.

They each are in different rides. The 55 wasn’t designed to pair with another camera, but the 56 version and up do (46, 56, 66 and Mini). So, I can’t speak how well that works, but eventually plan to do the same as you and go front and rear.

I feel like you're making this harder than it needs to be. Plenty of new base models for sale if you do a nationwide search and it used to be you could go to a dealer and they'd do the legwork for you...

I had it on my '02 Ford Explorer and I liked that I could go somewhere and if I didn't want to carry my keys with me, I could just lock them in the car. Then punch in the keypad code to get back in and off I go.

Given Hennessey's past, I'd rather stick to reputable tuners vs getting Hennescrewed.
