I keep my 2nd key in my Bronco all of the time using this method. Allegedly.
If anyone is willing to break into my Bronco, find where it's hidden, and disassemble what's needed to get to it, they've probably earned the right to steal it.
Almost 4 years in & there's not a lot that I dislike. Are there compromises? Of course. Every vehicle has them. The only thing I can think of that is truly bad is the factory sound system. It is genuinely worse than any vehicle I've ever owned.
Reading through this, I find all of the...
Full disclosure: I didn't read the entire thread, just replying to the original post.
I've been on 37's with the 2.3 since November 21 & have zero regrets. It's my daily driver & has been off-road plenty as well as multiday road trips. It's not fast but it's fast enough. Faster than my 16 JKU...
I've owned 2 Wranglers: A 2008 2 door Rubicon and a 2016 4 door Rubicon Hard Rock (plus an 89 XJ). I went with the Bronco largely because of the IFS. I don't have the time or money to put towards a dedicated off-road rig so whatever I own needs to be my daily driver as well as my off-roader. The...

Both were great for what they were. Great off-road, hateful on road.
I made the switch because I don't off-road enough to justify a dedicated trail rig. So whatever I have has to be able to do it all and I felt/still feel that the Bronco...
That's what I do & it works for me as well. Hold down the power button and the forward seek button until the screen goes black. When it reboots it should reconnect.
As others have mentioned, if it's damaged in any way it's not going to be warrantied. That said, tire warranties always go through the tire manufacturer. Your Ford dealer can submit that warranty claim, but BFG will be the one to either approve or deny it.
