Based on my local experiences, Ford need to improve the service experience. All these recalls are killing me. I make a reservation to address specific recalls and when I arrive the service advisor tells me it will be a few days before they can see the truck. Then...they don't have the parts...

I've had progressively erratic camera performance for the past year. Sometimes the rear camera, sometimes the front camera, the frequency of camera outage has increased with time. After a rain, more likely than not one of the cameras is out.
