The 2dr and the 4dr appear to only be about 250 pounds different - I would expect that the stiffer spring rate won't be super noticable? When I take it offroad I'm usually loaded with camping equipment so maybe the stiffer spring rate will help a bit. BTW, thanks for your response!

I don't believe the Rough Country hidden winch will fit the 2.7L broncos (intercooler in the way?). I'd almost change my order from 2.7L to 2.3L to have a winch that is out of the way and doesn't hang way out off the front. I recently got a Ranger with the 2.3L and it is more peppy than I expected.

Why all of the comparisons with the lockers off? You have the lockers, they very easy to turn on and off, why the drama of doing an obstacle with them off? Is it just to compare the traction control?

I went into a dealer to look at a Ranger. It had a $4k markup. When I asked, the sales person told me that someone will buy it at that price. I'm sure he's right, but it won't be me and it rubs me enough that I won't consider giving them any business in the future.
