@Blueroach did you find the source? It goes away when I put side pressure on the seat back or base. It is persistent and annoying. Just started at the 2 year mark for me.

Yeah It was my hope that the email was only sent out to a few that might get a schedule date. If another email doesn’t follow then I would have preferred they didn’t send anything at all.
