Yeah. I'm reading through the lawsuit and this is a great business case for a business school class on how NOT to enter into a business agreement. So many bad moves, makes my stomach turn just reading this.

Honestly, I don't feel bad for ADV whatsoever. You need to research people before you go into business with them. A simple Google search on Gemayel shows he has done this before! He's. scam artist...

Just go ahead and add me to the class action lawsuit. California has laws in place to prevent this type of thing happening to consumers, so for sure there will be some law suits and ADV and maybe APG will probably go under because of this.

They actually told you they would give you a refund?!?! I received an email with a video that they would not be issuing any refunds.

Just ridiculous. If anyone is filing a class action lawsuit, please add me to it.

I just received an email from them that they are part of some sort of manufacturing scam and therefore will not be producing the tops and will not give refunds to anyone.

I will be selling my OEM hardtop along with the factory roof rails once I get my advanced fiberglass concepts aftermarket roof soon. I'm in Southern CA.

Well…don’t always trust the email updates Ford sends. I posted before that mine showed in “Built” phase and then I got an email my delivery was delayed till 7/29, but then I received the text from my dealer it arrived today!!!

Not yet, my dealer is calling Ford. He’s a good family friend, so I trust that he is going to do everything in his power to get us more clarity on this delivery date move.

I’ll Keep the forum posted. It never moved to ship and I never received an email. It’s just been sitting in built since 6/24.

😂 I know, I know. I should be so lucky to even get mine so early. I guess it’s just I had my hopes up that I would get it before the 4th and take to on our trip to the U.P.

I just received an email from Ford today that my delivery is being pushed from 7/4 to 7/29!! It’s already built, so I don’t understand why it would take a whole month to ship it 26 miles!!!!

To anyone that received their Bronco or was notified by the dealer it arrived - did you get an email from Ford that the status changed to shipped or did you just get a call from your dealer it arrived?
