Having the same problem since we got our bronco in Jan (23 model Big Bend). Dealer replaced the motor last week, problem reappeared today less than a week since replaced.
Sorry for your troubles. We had all three sins for our wildtrac order from June 2021. We some how got lucky we took an unloved new big bend and our dealer gave us the PP + $2500 off the list price. Signed and done! Just dumb luck, guessing the dealer took a hit for us. That was 4 weeks ago.
I have the same issue late 2022 build (December). Slows down to a crawl in intermittent mode. You would think Ford could make windshield wipers that work. Who needs a smart motor, On is on Low is low, and High is high, how hard can that be. Reported this to NTSB
Not sure I understand the straight axle vs IFS thing. We went to the Bronco Off Rodeo event in Texas back in December before we got our Bronco (AKA Hazel). If a jeep will go where a Bronco won't because of the straight axle I probably don't need to go there. The Sas package with the 4.7...
Not sure exactly of the build date but guessing our 2023 was a late December or early Jan build, we picked it up the day it landed at the dealer Jan 20. Will advise on a diagnosis and fix. BTW My 2021 f150 has a wiper motor recall open as well, unsure of any issues on it.
We gave up on our loaded Wildtrac and brought home a Big Bend last week (2.7 Auto with SAS) it has manual adjustment heated seats. Does anyone know if you can install factory leather power seats without any major headaches (is the big bend prewired or bare). Or are we just stuck??
I got both no questions asked last Friday, some people are saying the dealership will not get the PP on the back end, but I was almost 6K below sticker before taxes. Got a big bend with SAS in the color we wanted but not a wildtrack.
On the FORESCAN programming change, what goat modes did it enable (we have a Big Bend Squatch package, wanted a wildtrac ((got left at the ford alter)) Can you disable the autostart stop feature?
