Both my rear doors do this. In fact the driver side is so loose that it doesn't seal properly against the rubber and allows water / air in. Talk about wind noise ..

I thought that. I spent an afternoon playing a song on repeat and listening to it come from the speaker area. and trying to track it down. Seatbelt is another issue but its when my windows are down.. or more when they are off.

When breaking in you should vary the RPM's. That's how I take that.

I have the same issue. It is hard to narrow down but it seems like all the plastic that is covering up the bars may be contributing to all this noise. I pull a panel and stuff some foam in and think I get it nailed then 20 min later driving down the road the rattle is back. Driving me bananas.

Yup.. Like you I got the badlands with SaS and plan to do what I can in the stock configuration. I will add things to it like air compressor and swap out rock sliders per haps and then even add in Broncbuster tie-rod and steering improvements but aside from that I have already had a blast...

Yup, Only thing I can think of is when on the trail having the ability to just have the fogs on without the lights just to keep from blinding anyone but keeping the trail lit enough to still navigate. I keep going back and forth if I want to do this setup or Baja Designs or Diode Dynamics.

Yup.. Everyone seems to be worried about the shock mount. And it could be an issue but the way the skids are underneath for a badlands with full bash plates the only damage I took was to the driver side rear Lower control arm frame mount. Its pretty beefy but I slid into it. I would like...
