I have been having issues with my softtop for the last 6 months i have owned my Bronco, but i did see something yesterday that i hadnt noticed before. I noticed the tag abocve the rear window on my soft top has a set of signatures (presumably for quality control) and it has a big red "X" on it...

curious though. on the back where the 4 clips are that hold the rear window in, there is a tag that looks like a list of inspection signatures. Mine has a big red X on it but when i see videos online of operating the soft top they all have green stickers. what does yours have?

Ford called me and told me to send it in to a ford dealer ha. I tried to put some lubricant on the rivets along the back ( i know it is coming from that member of the frame), but it didnt fix it. going to schedule time to take it in this week..

the IAG soft top assist kit is awesome. shouldve come that way from the factory.

mine is coming from the soft top frame over the rear window. the Rivets squeak like crazy when the top flexes. Changes with the weather, but mostly when the top is at the half back position and the windows are still in. driving me nuts, but havent been into the dealer with it yet. hoping some...
