@Rkgzx9leftcoast Thank you for the response. I do use Onx and hope it gets us through the area well. I did watch a few full trail videos on you tube last night. I think there are a handful that we should be able to do in our rig. Very excited to see the area.
I can start my own thread if needed. Do you have recommendations from that for good trails to hit by yourself? We are going to the Sand Hollow area in mid September for the first time. Looking for some good areas to explore and test.
It has taken a little getting used to when off road on obstacles or bigger hills but the crawl gear is fantastic for downhill control. In 4L with the crawl gear it will keep you under control without having to use the break up to a 15-17 degree hill. Was going down a 21 and had to tap the...
I have ~13K miles on the 35x10.5 Kenda's. They have been wearing evenly and do not have much additional noise so far. Taken them on some mild-moderate rocky trails. Been go all around so far still but I am not a hardcore off-road rock crawler. What I do like in combination with the squatch...
Same here. notice it when in 4WD or under load in 1st or crawl gear going slow and I push in the clutch while moving to the brake. Occasionally will get a noise in 1st to 2nd shift when cold if I try to shift too fast.
I have not brought it back. Need to find another dealer. I do not have any confidence in the current one. It boosts and under the right conditions I can get up to 18psi but not as much boost throughout the power band as before. The big one I notice is last year I could drive back and forth...
I was able to run some ORV routes in the UP of Michigan this weekend. Some were chopped up pretty good. Overall large degree of smooth gravel to rough trail terrain. I was very impressed with how it handled the situations. A couple of times running 50+ over rougher sections I felt a "soft"...
@Ground_zero298 when new and in the fall my max boost was about 19 psi and I would get 3-8 psi in 1st and 2nd just driving around normal but could get close to max if I got into it. Now I am seeing nothing in first and 2nd and can get 5-10 if I get into it.
Cruising in 5th or 6th would bounce...
I have not gotten any codes. I am hoping to get the Bronco in this week or next to the shop and see if they can find the issue. I am not too confident tho.
@Tdub0527 Great Pricing, Straight forward communication. Allocations have been tough with the Bronco but those principles go across all of the lines they sell. They are one of the bigger Ram TRX dealers in the area as well. I just picked up a Ram 3500 from them at an outstanding price. I...
Did you guys remove both crash bars with your Kenda's? I have the 35x10.5r17 on my BD. I put the rear ones back tonight. Forgot to take a picture but it looks like there is about 3/4" of clearance between the bar and tire as it moves thru the turn.
So far sport mode didn't do anything different and a couple tanks of high octane hasn't helped after clearing out the fuel from over the winter. I have been able to get boost up to 16-17 if I really load it up in 3rd or 4th. Still nothing in 1st. Maybe 1psi if you put your foot to the floor...
I have boost just not until I get into the high gears and it maxes out at about 12 psi. That has stayed consistent. Any specific locations to check on the 2.3? I looked at.checked all the connections on the turbo/intercooler system and they all seemed solid. Seem seated and no play in the...
I put the 3rd brake light extension on when I went with the Kenda's. The issue I found was the soft top rubs on the brake light bracket when all the way down. Seeing that the tire fits with the brake light in its normal spot, I am going to remove the extension before top down season.
