If you order a new Bronco 7MT, does it have parts that do not make the scraping noise?
Is there a date where the newer models got the updated parts?
Thank you!
You are very correct.
Went and drove one, much prefer the 392. My other cars are all manual sports cars with bucket seats for context...so refinement is way down the list for me, fun is at the top, which typically means "raw" for me.
I can see why many would chose The Braptor and it looks...
Looks good!
I have a Jeep 392, what is the Jeep Conquest and why did you move on?
I had never looked at The Raptor as I love NA V8 sound or a manual, so just crossed it off my list, but so many Raptors are for sale near me with big discount that I started looking at them recently and may take...
I check this thread every few months, want a manual Bronco, keep hoping this gets resolved as this will be my vehicle for ski-trips and will be parked outside on these trips in very cold weather. Hoping the new variation does the trick. 🤞
I did not notice any problems with the brakes, but the vehicle I drove was not a Sasquatch.
Is there going to be a manual 2.7? I did not know that was a possibility -
I predict many manual buyers are like me - feel strongly about steering feel, chassis, fun, sound, manual interaction/connection and will tend to be enthusiasts that like a variety of vehicles. I had an extended test drive where the dealer loaned me the car for an afternoon and I came away very...
I was hoping the Gearbox would feel like my old Focus RS. Also, I subscribe to this reviewer on YouTube and he really liked the Wrangler manual and when he says the Bronco gearbox was better and was heel/toeing it had me wanting the manual Bronco after sort of being on the fence for a bit. I...
I own a 5th-gen 4runner.
Pros - Hydraulic steering, NA engine that with an exhaust can sound great, feels very roomy in the interior cabin for an off-roader, still feels analogue and old school, not too much tech (yet). Can add a Supercharger.
Cons - No manual transmission on offer.
This is the best video to date (IMO) that details the manual 6MT with Crawler Gear. FWIW - I think he does a very good job describing the character of various manual transmissions in different types of cars/trucks.
I am still not sure whether to get a Badlands with 33's or Big Bend with...
I am 1000% only considering the manual and my initial order was for the Badlands with the regular 33" tires (non sasquatch) 4 Door Model.
Since the weights have been published, I was considering changing my build to a Big Bend with Sasquatch package due to the Black Diamond weighing ~ 500lbs...
I just want a review of the manual. I am a little worried turbo motor and EPS steering will take away from the experience for me, because I am a 70 year old trapped in a 40 year old body when it comes to cars/trucks.
But, a manual Bronco is very exciting to me, it is as appealing to me as an...
Great clip thanks!!
That looks perfect to me, just slightly longer than a hot-hatch, still giving it a slight truck feel.
I have driven and owned so many manuals - my preference is that they are all a bit different (currently own 3 manual vehicles) that uniqueness of a particular vehicles'...
Thanks for response,
I don’t think I need all the equipment on the BL Listed above.
My prference is to save some weight and go with a Big Bend. I think day to day it will suit my needs.
Does anyone know how much weight is added for modular front bumper and locking rear diff?
It will feel like a truck. I have Golf R like you and a 4Runner TRD Pro and the 4runner feels like a truck. It is great in a straight line, you sit up high all is good, but on twisty roads it feels heavy, sluggish, slow to brake a little unstable due to off-road suspension, tires, &...
