Good Afternoon. My base February build 2.3 stick has same issue. Took off electric wastegate controller and wastegate valve is frozen. Got it freed up but didn't last long. Dealer had already cleared "a code" before i took delivery. Hope the backlog for turbo's is short...UGH only 50 miles on it.
