Friday it is, United switched to “in route.” Had a feeling- if you are in United look at the filters and look at heavy delivery days to your dealer. I have been eyeing Friday and it looks to play out, just a 2 hour trip over. Good luck all-

I am Convoy. Went rail to Memphis and have 2 hour ride to Little Rock on truck. Checked into Memphis off rail at 4am on Monday. Yesterday United moved me from inactive to "Pending Pick Up"....looks like 3 Explorers are pending with me. United has been accurate for me.

It actually exist. Checked in at Memphis rail, waiting on Convoy over.

Has anyone ever heard of taking delivery from rail yard or place where convoy picks up from rail yard. Sold my car way back when we all thought December was it. It is a 2 hour drive and the Bronco is just sitting there. I emailed dealer, is this even possible? Can’t stand carpooling another...

Put in email address to sign up for shipments to your dealer. It will email you temp password and just follow links. I can see my unit and all others going to my dealer along with status. Not sure how frequent this updates.

In United Road dashboard- under order type, anyone know difference in “individual vs LoadChild”. Mine is listed as individual and the other units in route to dealership show order type “LoadChild”. Arrived at 4am this am via rail, still not active on United! Have load number just not showing...

My rail went much fast than I thought, it made it to Memphis this am. That is just two hours away. United sees VIN, but still says inactive. EDD still says Feb 8, surely it is not going to sit for 3 weeks when it is just 2 hours away. Anyone know details on United timing or who schedules...

I am “convoy” to Arkansas and currently on a rail. Canadian National Railways is the rail and it looks like it runs straight down to New Orleans. Mine will ride to Memphis and then be picked up by truck. Last check it was in Indiana. This might apply to you for LA also. Good luck!

Anyone shipped via convoy still showing up as “null” in PALS. 2 days now and nothing. Dealer inventory specialist has been spot on with tracker and she shows pending. So are some “shipped” but still sitting? FFS

Is PALs updated for you? Still “null” for me. Shipped email yesterday and dealer visibility tracking says “pending” also. Just thought I would calm down with “shipped” email 🤣🤣🤣
