I mounted an Infinity powered sub to the tailgate. Backed it with Dynamat and still get rattling from the plastic trim piece where the wires come in from the back and the handle on the outside of the tailgate.

I heard back from the company yesterday and they’re sending me a replacement. When I asked them, they said that the early batch had an issue with cold temps. The new one shouldn’t have the same issue. Not happy that I’ll need to crack open the control panel again, but oh well.

That's got to be infuriating. Things were moving well for me in terms of the trackers/modules/etc until it was ready for shipment. Weird that they just stop communicating at that point (not really, I suppose). Hopefully you'll get yours before the holidays!

Just got a call from my dealer and my wait is over! Trackers never updated, nor did I ever receive an email. They're doing their PDI right now and I might be able to pick it up this evening. If not, tomorrow for sure!
