Update: Last week I went to the dealer again, and they were able to replace the camera and reset some type of system firmware, and everything is currently working. They did not replace the coaxial cable to the front camera.

My 22 Badlands Lux (9k miles) also has this front camera problem. I took it into Ford once already, but that did not solve the issue. I have scheduled for this to be checked again this week. Did @Ford Motor Company determine a common root cause besides a hardware module replacement?
