Question: Although I am a first-day order, since I want the painted black roof, my Bronco will, by default, be a MY22. My dealer says that I do not need to do anything with my MY21 Order to change it to a MY22. Is that correct?
I just converted my res to an order. The price for the paint protection was $55 higher than in the Price and Build. It's $350 in the Ford Ordering system and $295 on the price and Build. Given the total Bronco -- with MA sales tax -- is just over $60k, I decided to not fight over the $55.
I am sorry if this was answered some place already but can our existing reservation still be used to get a MY22 (or do we drop back to the very end of the line?) In other words, I'd like to be able to switch to a MY 22 but still hold my place in line; I don't expect to move ahead of anyone else...

Fair question. As for me, when it comes time to sit with the dealer and order it -- since I will want the painted top -- I'lll likely delay to MY2022. (It'll probably happen anyway due to the top delays.) I think the interior colors suck and I hope that they might (might, I know) change them...
Will the painted hard top be orderable in the price and build when it is finalized in December? I've waited to many years for the Bronco, I can wait longer (and not be stuck with the "dark gray" MIC.
