  1. Badlands or Wildtrack

I have two 1st gens, not looking for unusual/rare with this purchase.
  2. Badlands or Wildtrack

Looking at the 2 biggest dealers in my area, both have about 10-15 BL/WT anywhere in the 58k-62k range, a few SAS BD, in the 55k range. Given Ford did the smart play in 24 and give all SAS Broncos the 3.0 rack, i will probably now go SAS
  3. Badlands or Wildtrack

Have looked at both a few times, the power potential of the v6 dwarfs the I4.
  4. Badlands or Wildtrack

For when I tow my rzr, that v6 will be a definite must.
  5. Badlands or Wildtrack

V6 is a must....probably only mods I will ever do would be good rock rails, winch, leveling kit and real 35's...I have a Turbo S rzr on 35's for doing crazy rock crawling trails.
  6. Badlands or Wildtrack

No carpet preferred, living in the SE, baja mode definitely not needed, lol...knowing now that the 3.0 rack is standard with the SAS pkg, i will look for a BD 1st, BL 2nd, just because the BD with the mid and SAS pkg is my ideal build.
  7. Badlands or Wildtrack

Thanks for the info Ducati1098...now I can drop down to the BD that suits my taste better and get the steer rack I wanted vs buying the WT to get it.
  8. Badlands or Wildtrack

Having 2 1st gens, no desire for a 2 door 6th gen...rather have the extra room and stability when towing.
  9. Badlands or Wildtrack

So even a Black Diamond SAS has the 3.0 rack? Even in 24 models? Personally I would rather have a BD SAS, getting the 3.0 rack is the #1 criteria.
  10. Badlands or Wildtrack

Locking at getting a leftover 24 in the next month or two. Trying to decide between the two. Know the wild track comes with the Hoss 3.0 suspension and steering rack and from what I kind find the Badlands comes with the Hoss 2.0 and standard rack, which is known to give issues if wheeled...
  11. Pistol Creek With Broncos & Jeep

    Great trail and drone footage!
  12. Towing UTV / ATVs

My trailer is also a 14ft single axle, will be pulling a turbo s rzr...take 2-3 trips a year to windrock park in TN from Central AL
  13. Towing UTV / ATVs

    2 Dr or 4dr?
  14. Towing UTV / ATVs

Anyone here regularly towing a rzr any reasonable distances? If so, what is your bronco pkg/setup? Looking at going from a 5.0 f150 to a 2.7 bd 4 door bronco. Longest towing distance will be about 300 miles in the hills of eastern TN. Trailer and rzr should be around 2k.
  15. Valhalla's Long term build thread

Being in the bronco and sxs world, I hope the portals they are selling for the Gen 6 are infinitely better than the sxs version...sxs portals are high maintenance if driven at speeds or 50 mph very often and are known to break the idler gears...I would probably go the 60 route myself.
  16. Yule tide run at Windrock Park TN

Glad to see they fixed 22...hopefully they have done some maintenance to trail 2, it was nothing but 2ft deep ruts in Jan of this year...windrock is a good Tellico knockoff
  17. 99 Broncos were built at MAP last month

I worked as a outside contractor at the Honda plant in AL for 6 years, the amount of cars they run just to crush would astound most folks...it's not just preproduction either, they have shut downs twice a year to do line repairs, install new equipment etc, and almost always have glitches with...
  18. Summit Racing has 2021 Bronco axles listed

Not a tax, the price on those axle assemblies are relatively cheap...when Currie or Dynatrac start building upgraded replacement axle assemblies, those will be 5k and up...for those with a ranger, those axle would swap right for deeper gears and lockers
  19. Summit Racing has 2021 Bronco axles listed

If you think that is expensive, better stay stock with whatever bronco flavor you buy...some bolt in aftermarket jeep axle assemblies push 8k...I'm building a front dana44 to go under my 69 bronco, will have over a grand just in parts, and that's Penny pinching.
  20. Spied: Bronco Warthog With Live Valve Shocks & 37" Tires

Everybody geeking over shocks and 37" tires, yet failing to notice the upgraded rear-end underneath...that's definitely not a dana 44 nor the watts link, drop out center section rear-end under the Ranger Raptor
