Is that something that was told to us by Ford or explained by Granger? If not, how are people supposed to know that? Ford FAQ’s regarding these offers specifically say to contact your dealer to confirm eligibility, which I did.

I did. I have emails from Granger in January confirming I qualified for price protection, the $2500 PCO and the $2k under invoice. Not sure why I’d assume they were wrong and start doing their job for them.
