Same issue. Before the update a week or two ago it worked fine after I disconnected the battery. But since that newest update i get the top picture in the app. Maybe disconnecting will fix it again not sure.

I just have fordpass not working. Disconnected negative terminal for 10 minutes and it was working again for a few weeks. But now 3 weeks later fordpass cant connect to the truck. Just gave up on the app, nothing beats the ol reliable key fob.

Soo my truck was on CSX train arrived at Buffalo this morning enroute to Selkirk NY tomorrow. Final destination being Brewster Ford. But when I called just now it said it was enroute to Brookfield, MA tomorrow. So either my truck got dropped off or its built wild and gone free.

Got my shipped email last night as well! Bout time now its getting a little more real, but as said above still in michigan per CSX. I wouldnt bank on daily updates as the rail system is pretty outdated.

Build date 11/28 bumped again but only by one day went 12/30-1/5 to 12/31-1/6. Knowing that its still awaiting shipment per my dealer, customer service, and the links probably going to be pushed another week or two again.

Same exact situation here, I think a few of us are in the same boat no pictures no updates just stuck. How these things get picked to be shipped must be some guy throwing stacks of papers with vins in the air picking them up and if any are missing oh well problem for later.

Figured I’d throw my name into this party. Blend date 11/23, Built and released without any holds 11/28. Still awaiting shipment on tracker with ETA changed from 12/19-12/25 to 12/30-1/5 just now. Supposed to be delivered to NY.
