Yeah. Iāve stuck with my reservation this long, but I think Iām out now. Iāll check back in in 2023 or so. Maybe Ford will know how to build a Bronco by then.
Yeah, it's going to be close. They say an "average" pontoon and trailer rig is 3,700 pounds.
Might just keep borrowing my buddy's F-150 the few times I need to trailer it.
I think I read you also got the tow package. Have you pulled anything with it, yet?
I have similar build (WT, 10 speed auto with tow package, Squatched) and am a little concerned about how well it will pull my pontoon.
At the end of the day, itās nowhere near a deal breaker for me. My Silverado interior is definitely plasticy and very utilitarian and I donāt mind driving it at all. Itās more the principle of the thing - and kind of weird since Iāve always felt Ford did a great job with interiors while keeping...
I am replacing an M4 and a Silverado (summer car/winter car) for the Bronco.
I was not expecting the interior to come close to the BMW, even with Lux package. But I donāt think expecting a $60k tricked out Ford to have a bit nicer interior than a Wrangler is too much to ask, IMO.
I find this observation from the Truth About Cars review to be a little troubling:
The Wranglerās materials feel more upscale ā and no one considers the Jeepās cabin to be the height of luxury.
Now, I expected the Bronco to be pretty basic and not luxury car fancy. But I have friends with...
Color observations:
Gray looks better than I thought from samples.
Glad I'm getting the antimatter blue and not the lighter blue - not really a fan.
I still feel like Area 51 needs more green. Oh, and there needs to just be a GREEN.
I don't know about that. I was told I'd get a stimulus check - and bam - it showed up in my checking account.
My garage, however, remains empty.
Maybe Ford needs to start running their business like the government ;)
Here is the crux of what's bullshit:
Production: Ford is going to build as many units as possible but is likely to miss the targets they set at the beginning. There are no figures available to say how far short of the target they will be as several factors have impacted this.
This is...
I worked in print and tv media for 20-plus years before transitioning to the "other side" in PR/Marketing.
I can tell you with 94.9 percent certainty, an afternoon release on a Friday will be bad news.
