A state lemon law only applies to state residents. I can't live in Texas and file a California state lemon law claim for a vehicle manufactured in Michigan.
I've never seen this. State lemon laws are generally based on residency, regardless where the vehicle was purchased or manufactured. It's the manufacturer who is ultimately responsible under a lemon law so place of purchase is irrelevant.
Honestly, negotiations should have been done before you chose your dealer when you reserved. Especially in the beginning when we were not aware you could change your dealer once you entered them in your reservation. Nothing worse than being stuck with a dealer who decides they will charge...
There's been a lot of discussion on what colors (if any) Ford will dump to make room for MY22's new expected colors. We already know Lightning Blue for sure. If they make their decision on popularity, do you really get rid of silver, a car color staple? Red? Black!!?
I'm a mid July reservation and I WAS holding out until MY22 mainly for a white roof. But now I think they look ugly so will probably go with the black.
