I think that your question is pretty hard answer as “it depends”. Is the snow in question on a hard surface, a soft surface that is wet? Assuming a flat grade or an uphill grade? Tough questions. Or on more hard/packed/ or semi packed snow? I would carry my chains and be prepared to dig but...

I am a bit confused on the initials and what they mean. Also I was assigned the dealership in Carson City, NV. Do I have to deal with them or can I change the dealership that I purchase through? I am very concerned about ADM, which I think means “additional dealer markup”?
