These were in my glove box. I can’t find what they are for. 2026 heritage with factory roof rails.

New Bronco Heritage. Noticed the rear bumper is a bit lower on one side below the taillight and fender flares. A little under 1/2 inch. I watched removal videos and it seems it’s held in place by 6 bolts. Can I simply loosen them slowly and move the lower side up to match the other side.
