Recently had a chance to install CVF's new high mount intercooler setup so I wanted to give an overview and review.
Huge shoutout to @CVF-Jason for getting this thing out to me quickly so I could do some testing while the temperatures were still hot out...
The long awaited rear shock recall is finally out and has a repair available.
It appears that in some cases, It’s not as cut and dry as simply replacing the shocks.
After ~4 years and multiple delays, Ford has finally released a repair for the common window rattle issue that happens over bumps with the windows partially down:
Some 2021-2024 Bronco vehicles may exhibit a rattle from the front windows with the windows placed in the partially down position...
After having the new cluster for a little while, I finally had time to try and make this swap work.
I haven't had a lot of time to go through everything or look in forscan to see what else I may be able to change/adjust on it, but overall I'm thrilled with the results.

Like always, you can check to see if your Bronco is affected here:

Looks like very few affected, so I doubt there will be many (or maybe any) here that have it.
Just an FYI:
Ford has brought back the window short drop feature.
Unfortunately this is specific to 25MY, and they do not mention anywhere about bringing it back or making it work again for previous model years.
UPDATE 6/10/25: Procedure and recall now available. See attached PDF below for procedure details.

This thing runs flawlessly and is honestly way more fun than I could’ve ever imagined.
Also thanks to @MWILD for all the help and support...
Looks like Ford is removing the short drop window function now for some Broncos due to an issue with the windows losing initialization.
Which is also probably why the SSM saying they were working on making the feature backwards compatible with older models was removed a few weeks ago also...
This TSB came out about a month ago, but here is the information for anyone interested or that has this concern.
While similar, this is a separate issue from the other 5th/6th gear synchronizer TSB and doesn't appear to cause grinding/noise except for the specific gear engagement listed.
Just an FYI, Ford has updated the GSB about Bronco roof concerns to include delamination issues. This GSB also shows other various covered items like some cracks and also other non-covered items.
