So got under the bronco the other day and noticed this hairline crack on the transfer case. I don’t see any source of impact underneath so can’t be from off roading, right ? I cleaned her up and monitored it for a week and no leaks- any clue how this could have happen? Should I be concerned ?

Wondering if anybody had a similar experience and what I can do to avoid a this happening again 😅.. so I hit some trails finally, got into some soft, kinda deep mud ruts.. I was on 4H/RL but started to spin.. threw it in 4L, locked the front as well and got out with a breeze… like 5 seconds...

I picked up a 4 door OBX sas,2.6l, Lux package with all the other goodies, some how at MSRP😅.. am I wrong to say it’s basically a wildtrack? All I’m missing is a goat mode right? Lol
