Does anyone in the SoCal area offer forscan service? Is it a scanner you can use whenever wherever or is it something that once it is mated to your bronco you can only mess with your bronco?

So I have a 4dr big bend non sas, and I want to put a 3” lift kit on it but I don’t know who to go with, I’m think of the SVC kit but then I see rough country has a kit for a lot less. Have any of y’all tried either of these?
