Anyone know of availability of steering column mounted shift paddles? Will Ford do it for the Raptor and would it be possible to add to a Outer Banks? The little toggle on the shift lever really doesn't work that well...

Is there a way to have the gear indicator on all the time in the display? I see it when in manual mode but would like to have it show which gear all the time. Can the dealer code that?
