Can't say I'm surprised but what a BUMMER. Reserved in 2020, ordered 2 years ago. 2DR BB SAS.
I love how there is no mention of 2drs that don't even have the option to switch to a soft top. I'd be willing to drop SAS and switch if it was available. At this point, prob just wait another year...
I reached out to my dealer on 9/21, when I got the email from Ford telling me it's time to reorder. No response until after another nudge from me a week later, they said they would "call me soon". That was on 9/28. Now here we are a week later and still nothing.
Just posting to see if anyone...
Have they reached out to you? I ordered with Maxwell in Feb 2021 and they've been pretty awful at communication. I reached out on Wednesday and still no response.
So if your reservation/order page on Ford.com and the backdoor link show 2023... does that mean your order was updated? I emailed my dealer yesterday asking them to resubmit my order as is but they never replied. It would be nice if this wasn't such a sh*tshow like last year.
I've been wanting to switch dealerships but it seems like too much of a headache! I'm also a 2door so feel you on that. How did you go about selecting your new dealer?
I've been hearing that new orders are being fulfilled before early res holder orders. Not sure how true this is but would not be surprised. Anyway, question is have any early res holders placed a separate, new order? Any thoughts or feedback? I'm contemplating placing a new order at a different...
I did receive this email and submitted my order online. I have received nothing after that. My understanding is the dealership then officially places the order and you get another email confirming. Nadda for me
Hoping someone can help with some of the massive confusion I've encountered with my awful dealership. Like many others, I am an existing reservation/order holder that got pushed to a 2022. I am STILL waiting for my dealership to put my 2022 order in. They are completely clueless any time I...
"Until then, we can offer the carbonized gray molded in color hardtop as the only hardtop option for 2 and 4-door Broncos."
Does anyone have clarification on this? Does this mean they are only making carbonized gray Broncos, or are all MIC tops considered "carbonized gray" despite the Bronco color?
