As promised... these are with a tape measure and with a DIY vinyl upholstry so measurements are going to be +/- a quarter inch or so. I also added some triangles in to fit the rollbar a little tighter that are not shown here.
Ill get you some measurements in a couple weeks! They will be slightly rough but good enough that you can have it made without the mounting holes and then cut those yourself.
I am planning on doing similar actually. Giving the dims to an aluminum welder and he is going to make a frame with the...
Lead acid battery charging efficiency drops way off around 85% SoC. That's when you start generating heat and producing hydrogen. The AGM battery in the Bronco will recombine most of the hydrogen but that also produces heat, but will still also vent small amounts between 85-100% SoC. Heat and...
Yeah I considered that too, but then the span wouldn't be continous and I would have to reinforce the area where the hinge was because it wouldn't be as strong. Definitely would sag.
I am mostly using this for golf clubs, Rubbermaid totes for camping and suitcases so reaching in to pull a bin...
Yes you can access the cargo area with the tailgate open or between the front seats. With the back seats folded up, it restricts access a little from the front (which is good in my opinion).
I considered a hinge for the rear most piece but range of motion would be limited by the speaker pods...
I got tired of worrying about my golf clubs in the back of the Bronco while the top is off or having my suitcase rained on while the top is off over the summer. With no off the shelf options and a few photos/DIY accounts here, I decided to build my own cover.
I used 3/4" plywood, some foam...
Looks awesome and would love to extend the range with a second tank there, but definitely some concerns if it's driven on the road. Jeep recalled a lot of vehicles because of a rear mounted tank

If you crack open the 12V plug you'll find that the variable speed switch is just a circuit board with leads soldered to the plug contacts. You could take it out and install it somewhere in the vehicle. Might need to solder new/longer wires to it
The housing/mounting could be challenging.
If...
Just keeps the front panels secured when I'm running without the rear half of the roof. Gives the front panel center latches a place to lock.
Might be excessive/overkill but given the price and sensitivity of the roof panels, wanted to be sure they were secure.
Ordered a support bar to give myself a little more peace of mind running only the front panels without the rear shell. Found this on Etsy from Bearmetaloffroad, couldn't find an actual website but couldn't be happier with this piece!
The fit is great, well designed with some logos even...
I had no issues with the rears on my '24 Badlands SAS 2 Door. Fit great. Just got everything mocked up, left loose, then tightened it all down once it was lined up. Took about 40 minutes start to finish.
Just installed fronts on my '24 yesterday. They look great but the brackets held the mudflaps at a really steep angle on both sides. The inner push pin ended up a solid 1.5 inches away from the liner.
I just clamped them into a vise and bent the part with threaded holes away around 10-15...
Hi all, still fairly new to my Bronco and this forum, I tried searching a bit but didn't come up with much.
Wondering how scratch resistant the hard top panels are? I've got a 2-Door with the factory roof rack. I can still just sneak the front roof panels off, but pretty much always hit the...
