That's crazy. Dealer had ours for about a week when they actually fixed it. Our first trip they kept it for a week and "fixed" it. Called me at 5pm on a Friday to proclaim it was done. I rushed to the dealer and got there just before close. I took it back the following Monday and made them...
I posted a copy of my work order with part numbers up above. https://www.bronco6g.com/forum/threads/no-or-low-air-flow-out-of-vents-even-on-high.69562/post-2065394
Ask the service manager to get the keys to a new inventory bronco and y'all go check out the AC in that one together. I guarantee they'll see the difference.
Yeah that doesn't sound right at all. After the repair ours blows through floor only if that's what we select. Same with defroster or panel. And any combination in between. It should blow from wherever you have selected and nowhere else if it's working properly.

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your dealer. Here's a picture of my repair receipt showing part numbers and dealer findings. Hopefully it will help you out when dealing with your dealer. They did damage my two speaker covers in the dash when doing this job so look everything over...

Mine seems to be disabled intermittently. When I start the car in normal driving mode I see a disabled icon on the screen above the tach. It stays for. A minute and if I stop really slowly, it will keep the engine running but if I stop more normal, the icon changes back to auto and it kills the...
Regarding the auto stop start, did you press the button to disable it after starting the car? And if yes, did it save our setting after you turned the car off and on again?
I just finished using forscan to change the settings on our 2023 badlands and the auto stop/start is still on by default...
I don't think I'd mind the install part, but what I'm more concerned with is if it makes hard top removal and reinstallation more difficult once installed. Can you easily get to the latches with the canvas Bimini under the roof? I'm in TX so need something solid to block the sun but let some...
