After some troubleshooting and emails with @TrailRax, they have sent a new arm! The arm should arrive tomorrow and I will finish the install. Trail Rax has been very easy to work with. They've provided great customer service too. Thanks everyone for chiming in and I'll see you on the trails!

Has anyone had an issue with installing the Pack Rax Kit for the Trail Rax roof rack? I have sheared two bolts in two different arms while trying to attach them. I was not cross-threading either. The first time, the company sent me a new arm. Then in the new arm it happened again… haven’t had...
