I have a 2024 badlands produced outside the recall window and my passenger side rear Bilstein failed at 7,000 miles. Dealer replaced under warranty but confirmed it was not part of the recall. Not sure what they "fixed" in the late 2024 Bilsteins but believe for reading here 2025 model year...

Dealer confirmed it's the Bilsteins leaking as suspected. Not surprising the parts are on backorder, said last time he they were on back order it took 6 weeks to come in 😭

Bringing it into the dealership on Friday and will report back. Dealership let me know my Bronco was built in early Sept 24 and is outside of the recall window that ended in July 24... so maybe they improved the shocks by having the reservoir just leak instead of fall off!

Thanks for the comments, inspected the Bilsteins from the other side and looks like they are definitely the culprit. Reservoir is there but my guess is it's trying to escape!

I noticed a small pool of fluid near the right/passenger side rear wheel that seems to be dripping on the upper control arm and on the axel (see photos) of my 2024 4DR Badland 2.7L 4DR. I didn't notice any obvious leaks. Didn't seem like many sources above the control arms so I'm assuming...

@JTopsUSA Mike are they compatible with the Bestop Skyrider?

@Mabett was the design updated to allow removal of the front panels while installed? You mentioned a new design coming in Sept. If so anyone have an updated version that has tested it out?
