i Was able to shift into all modes according to my selector. I could drive slowly in all modes (and reverse) with clunking noise. 4h was a little quieter. 4L was not really low. They didn’t actually talk about parts within the transfer case - only that it was a total loss.

i do not have the advanced 4wd transfer case. They saw my tow hardware on front which explains the flat towing knowledge. i put into 4wd high about 1/2 mile before getting stuck and it worked fine. Going into 4wd low while in neutral, then shifting into drive led to the loud pop underneath.

This brings up a good question for those of us without bead lock wheels. I have stock wheels/tires on my 2024 BD. How much can I safely lower my air pressure for off road travel? I don’t rock crawl. Only rough dirt roads with some occasional small boulders.
