same problem with mine. imo this either get stolen at the dealership or never get ordered correctly. called my dealer. they ordered one for me. its was on the sticker and not included....dealer said no problem. had a few ther delaer add on's missing as well when i looked at the sticker.

Theres an option to add install on the tune for $100 ish at checkout for qualifying dealers

fixable. find a good mobile person in your area. keep their number saved. repair those chips ASAP. it wont be your last. i keep cars for 3-5 years. before i trade i just have the windshield replaced. my mobile guy usually comes to me in under an hr where ever i am in the city. $60 and done.

careful, in Texas...my ins its also free, but they show up as claims on ur insurnace report. premiums will go up
